PROGRESS TRACKING

Our app offers the ability to record all workouts and keep track of progress as you go. Being able to reference previous personal bests in lifts and workouts allows for clients to visualize the performance-based progress they are continually making.


VIDEO ANALYSIS COACHING AND FEEDBACK

This is where Sean Kearney Fitness really separates from the rest of the pack. We encourage everyone to video their reps and sets through our app. These videos are then reviewed and feedback is given. With this coaching on every workout, we can consistently ensure that our clients are moving safely and effectively to get the most out of their training.
